As a native Charlottean, Laura has in depth knowledge of the markets, neighborhoods of greater Charlotte and surrounding areas. Her "why" for everything she does is for her family, She has two sweet daughters (Grace and Hazel) and her husband, Brett, that is (although she's biased) the best out there. Real estate and design have always been a focus in Kate's life. As a child she can remember rearranging her room at least a few times a week, which she is sure drove her parents nuts. Now that she has two girls (Aspen and Baylor) of her own, she knows she has her hands full! Her husband Olen and their sweet little family live in the SouthPark area of Charlotte on a quiet cul-de-sac street. They were raised in Charlotte and have watched the city grow and change right before their eyes.

Prior to living in Charlotte for the past 20 years, Emilie grew up in Charleston SC and the Lake norman area outside of Charlotte. 

Having always had a love for design, discovering new and hip neighborhoods, and the ever changing trends in home and real estate, it's no surprise that Emilie would eventually be a broker here in the Queen City.

Emilie is so excited to join Laura and Kate Homes, to assist you with your first, fourth or fortieth home! Emilie's love for working with people, and helping others allows her to combine two of her passions when assisting her clients to achieve their real estate dreams.
