Laura + Kate Homes started as a wild idea when we sat beside each other on the first day of Real Estate school. Over the course of four years our idea became reality and we are so grateful to be able to serve our families, friends and community in the city of Charlotte and surrounding areas as a team.

We set ourselves apart by our extensive market knowledge, creative problem solving, design vision, buyer + listing preparation, giving back to the community, and fierce negotiators, all with a gentle but driven approach.
